The first part of any strategy is working out the destination, what it is that you want to achieve.

Then, you need to work out a plan to achieve that. (It sounds obvious, but many people follow a plan that has no possibility of taking them where they want to go.)

The plan should cover all the aspects, and must achieve everything that is wanted. It should also be something that can be done considering the resources, and also the people who will be part of the plan.

The strategy needs to be checked regularly to make sure it is doing its job -- external forces can mean the strategy has to be changed.

Finally, every part of the strategy needs to be categorised as important and/or urgent. Important things have to be done well, urgent things have to be done quickly. If something is urgent but not important do it quickly, get it out of the way and then move onto the important stuff.

La primera parte de cualquier estrategia es trabajar en el destino, qué es lo que quieres alcanzar-obtener.

Después necesitas trabajar en un plan para obtenerlo. (Suena obvio, pero mucha gente sigue un plan que no tiene la posibilidad de llevarlos a donde quieren ir)

El plan debe cubrir todos los aspectos, y debe alcanzar todo lo que se desea. Debe ser también algo que puede realizarse considerando los recursos, y a la gente que será parte del plan.

La estrategia necesita ser checada regularmente para asegurarse de que está cumpliendo con su trabajo --fuerza externas pueden requerir que la estrategia sea cambiada.

Finalmente, cada parte de la estrategia necesita ser categorizada como importante y/o urgente.
Las cosas importantes se deberán hacerse bien, y las cosas urgentes deberán hacerse rápido. Si algo es urgente pero no importante para hacerlas rápido, hay que sacarlas del camino y moverlas a las cosas importantes.
